All sales are final. I do not accept returns. If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out within 24hrs of purchase (any time after 24hrs, I cannot guarantee cancelation/refund). Once your order has been shipped, I can no longer submit a refund. But if you have a problem with your order or are unhappy with it, please email me!

By placing an order with my shop, you are agreeing that you have read the full item description, instructions + handling care. And are responsible for following said care + handling instructions.

If a product comes to you damaged due to shipping, I will gladly send you a replacement of the product that was damaged! (This does not include wall hangings). Please reach out to me via email within 3 days of receiving your order. I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the order has been shipped.

All my products are handmade just for you, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before an order is shipped out.

All products will ship First Class Package or Priority Mail through USPS or through UPS Ground. I will mail out products as quickly as I can, but please allow 2-9 business days for shipping once products have left my hands. This is just an estimate as shipping can vary and delays are common. You will receive a tracking number as soon as packages are shipped out.

Please make sure all contact + shipping information is correct. Once your order has left my hands, it is now in the hands of the shipping carrier + there is nothing further that I can do. For any further assistance with your package, you must contact the carrier (USPS or UPS). You are more than welcome to contact me if you have any issues or questions.
